Label customization includes a choice of material, colors, font, and label size. We produce custom woven, satin, and cotton labels for your private-label clothing companies, but we will also apply them to your garments without additional costs. Typically, the title is attached to the garment’s back collar or wherever you choose.
At Ninghow Apparel, we can produce tags of any size and shape for you and print ropes of various materials with high-quality tag printing. We’ll keep them in case you need labels for your brand’s products in the future. We can also send the title label to yourequirededed.
We typically use satin material for care labels. This allows us to write the fabric composition on your washing label and include instructions on washing the clothing best. You can also add your private-label clothing logo to the tag.
We usually use blank plastic bags, but we can also provide customized logo packaging. This means that we will put your company’s logo on the packaging bags in different sizes or materials. This makes your brand look more professional to customers.

The clothing prototype is in line with the basic clothing requirements, with no style characteristics of the most basic clothing pattern.
We will select the good fabric and allocate the cutting plan according to the order quantity.
If the garment has rich colors and patterns, we will use printing sublimation process.
Inspect the quality of the garment after production. Inspection includes appearance, size, fabric, accessories, artistry, embroidery/printing, labeling, ironing, etc.
The next step is the installation of accessories on the costume, such as zippers, buttons, etc.
Once the parts of the costume are finished, we'll sew them up. Make it into a complete outfit.
We can choose the embroidery process to make the pattern more texture. Embroidery can be a variety of colors and 3D stereo effects.
The most expensive method, but the fastest is FedEx, DHL or UPS door-to-door service. It takes only 3-5 working days. Normally, samples and some urgent orders are sent via this method.
If you require a large number of goods(more than 500kg), we recommend shipping by sea; it may take 20-30 days, but the shipping fee is cheap, so you must order in advance.
